All, equipped with air inlet system and car body suite of FOGIAGO brand according to requirements stated, can enjoy the following preferential terms and exceptions clauses:
Term of maintenance: all carbon fiber components are guaranteed for two years or 50,000 thousand KMs; the air inlet filter for 2 years or 50,000 thousand KMs. The warranty period is valid against the first term who meet the limit mentioned above, either time expiration or distance limit, and the warranty period starts from the purchase day of the car.
Three-guarantees (for repair, replacement or compensation of faulty products): Free repair in the warranty period for quality problems; free replacement of components in the first 30 days in the warranty period if the components could not work properly and beyond repair because of quality; sales return guaranteed in the first 15 days in the warranty period if the components have quality problems and beyond repair.
The following conditions are not included in the three guarantees: the components broken because of human causes, including vehicle collision, natural hazard, man-made factors, chemical erosion and other external factors.
The purchaser is considered giving up the right of warranty if he did not maintain the car regularly as required, changing the car for other unexpected usages, using like taxi, or car-renting, or car sports.
Fogiago products are made for purpose of specific sites, not for normal roads. If the car owner causes disputes and legal liabilities because of his own improper driving, Fogiago assumes no responsibilities.
If more damaged caused when certain damaged occurred by improper usage or malfunction without timely maintenance in the maintenance station.
The warranty commitments for the products are limited to the quality breakdown of the product itself, not including the problems caused by the air inlet system malfunctions (vehicle collision, accident, maintenance costs for serviceman, towing charge, the loss of the car owner and involved persons because of labor hours or other losses related).
The warranty commitments are for the car owner only who purchased the car in our company; if the ownership of the car transferred, no warranty commitments even in the warranty period.
No warranty commitments valid if the car owner refits the air inlet system in the car privately and caused quality breakdown.
Quality problems under warranty commitments includes: air inlet pipe wielding cracking, air leaking, carbon fiber components bursting, carbon fiber components surface turned yellow, and others.
Quality problems beyond warranty commitments, mainly perishable articles, like screws, bolts, gaskets if getting rust.
